** - Officer Keegan of the Fort Fairfield Police Department arrested Oakes late Tueday afternoon (3/3/15) at a home on Center Street in Fort Fairfield. Oakes was not armed and offered no resistance.   Can you help locate a wanted man originally from Fort Fairfield? Presque Isle Police and Aroostook County Crime Stoppers have teamed up to attempt to locate 24-year-old Matthew Oakes.
