State Police Investigating Burglary at Bishop’s Market in Island Falls

A juvenile has been arrested after a burglary and theft at Bishop's Market in Island Falls.

According to State Police, Trooper Eric Sucy responded to a report of a burglary at Bishop’s Market on Sunday, August 9th.

Police say unknown person(s) had gained entry to the store and had stolen merchandise to include cigarettes and some knives, from the store.

Trooper Sucy conducted an investigation into the burglary and theft and developed leads on a suspect, a 13-year-old juvenile male.  The juvenile was located on Monday and after further investigation, he was charged with the burglary and theft and the case will be forwarded to juvenile authorities for review.

All the stolen merchandise was recovered.
