The all stars competed, longtime coaches were honored, money was raised for charity and then the curtain came down on the 2015-16 high school basketball season at McDonald's All Star Saturday in Bangor.

In the Class AA/A/B games, the South Region girls beat the North Region 86-69. Shannon Todd(York HS) led the south with 18. Tianna Sugars(Oxford HIlls HS) had 16 for the north. York HS coach Rick Clark was one of the coaches for the south team. He finishes his long coaching career with a undefeated season, a state title, along with passing the 500-win career mark and a McDonald's allstar win.

The North Region Class AA/A/B boys all stars made it a split of the division with a 97-91 win. Hunter Smith(Foxcroft Academy) and Amir Moss(Portland HS) each with 19 points. Andrew Flemming(Oxford Hills HS) scored 17.

In the Class C/D games, the North Region girls scored a 65-63 win over the South Region. Sammi Ireland(PVHS)  scored 24 to lead the way.

The South Region Class C/D boys made it a split on the afternoon with a 113-79 win over the North Region. Clay Swett(Dirigo HS) led with 18 points. Ryan Chasse(Ft. Kent HS) led the north with 13 points.

Foul Shooting Champions: Eli Fish(Gardiner HS) and Isabelle Porter(Greely HS) both shooting 48-for-50.

Dunk Contest: Andrew Flemming(Oxford Hills HS) with a perfect 30 score.

3-Point Shooting Contest: Julia Quinn(Fryeburg Academy)

Coaching Milestones: I.J.Pinkham(Boothbay HS) 600 wins, Rick Clark(York HS) 500 wins.
