Major League Baseball has announced that the third game of the series between the Boston Red Sox and the Cleveland Indians will be postponed after severe rain in the area.  It is the second game in as many days that has been postponed after the Nationals/Dodgers game on Saturday was pushed to Sunday.

The Sox were prepared to play in a must win game to continue the series with Clay Buchholz on the mound on Sunday, but that put on the shelf for another day.

The make-up game will now be held on Monday afternoon with a first pitch shortly after 6 p.m.  Buchholz is still set to make the start for Boston, however Rick Porcello may be now able to pitch in game four, should the Sox continue the series.

Note: You will be able to hear the Boston Red Sox game versus the Cleveland Indians tomorrow a pre-game coverage beginning at 5:30 p.m. on The Tickets
