At 4:30pm Friday, Aroostook County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a report of a crash on the Robinson Road in Robinson.

According to Chief Deputy Sheriff Darrell Crandall, 73-year-old Dorothy Durgin of Mars Hill had crested a hill in a location where the road makes a broad left turn and lost control of her 2010 Chrysler Sebring on the slick road.

Her vehicle crossed into the oncoming lane, rolled over and came to rest in the ditch. Ms. Durgin was not injured, but her vehicle is believed to be a total loss.

Deputy Sheriffs Vance Palmer, Michael Montpetit and Ryan Doughty were on the scene to investigate the crash.
