Several Ashland Students Charged After Marijuana Use in School Restroom
Several teenagers face drug charges after being caught smoking marijuana in a restroom at Ashland Community High School earlier this week.
Ashland Police Chief Cyr Martin said officers were called to the school on Thursday after the incident in which three students were found in the restroom. After being questioned, a fourth student was also turned in for allegedly was trafficking the marijuana.
No names have been released as all of the students were 16 years old or younger.
All four were summoned for possession of scheduled Z drugs. One also was summoned for trafficking in scheduled Z drugs.
According to Chief Martin, one parent is be summoned as well.
The investigation is ongoing.
