Second Annual Tour de Houlton Farms Dairy Bars to Take Place in June

Are you a cyclist who happens to love ice cream? Well, on June 21st, for the second year in a row, Team Houlton Farms Dairy will be cycling 60 miles through Aroostook County from Caribou to Houlton, hitting all the Houlton Farms Dairy bars en route, and guess what?!?! You're invited to join in the ride!

Cyclists will leave the Houlton Farms Dairy Bar on Bennett Drive in Caribou at 8:30 a.m. on June 21st. From there, the ride will head south to the Presque Isle dairy bar and then make the trek even further south to Houlton. Naturally, the ride will end at the Houlton dairy bar so riders may enjoy some delicious Houlton Farms Dairy ice cream.

This year Team HFD will be introducing some live-streaming features, allowing fans to track the team’s progress and making it easier for bikers to meet up with the team en route. Team HFD hopes the ride will again attract lots of local cyclists.

GPS tracking will available through the Team Houlton Farms Dairy facebook page so followers can track Team HFD over all 60.5 miles and 2,701 feet of elevation.

Whether you plan to ride 3 miles or 60, Team HFD welcomes you to join the Tour de Houlton Farms Dairy on the first day of summer coming up on June 21st.
