Trailing 20-0 in the third quarter the Green Bay Packers pulled out an improbable win thanks to a Hail Mary pass with no time left by Aaron Rogers. The end result was a 27-23 win over Detroit.

Their first attempt to win the game appeared to fail when the Lions came up with a sack of Rodgers. However, a flag was thrown for a facemask penalty and by rule the game cannot end on a defensive penalty. That gave Rodgers one more untimed down allowing him to throw the game winning touchdown.

Tight end Richard Rodgers made the catch in the end zone by out jumping 7 other players who were either trying to make the catch or knock it to the ground.
