RCMP Investigating Possible Hit & Run Near Kingsclear First Nation

West District RCMP are investigating a possible hit and run that occurred in the early morning hours Saturday on Route 102 near Kingsclear First Nation.

Police said, they received a report shortly after 5:15 a.m. that a man was laying on the road badly injured. He was transported to hospital with serious injuries. It is believed that the 28-year-old man from Kingsclear First Nation may have been struck by a vehicle. The investigation is continuing.

Anyone with any information about this incident or who may have been travelling on Route 102 in the early morning of August 29 is asked to call the Keswick RCMP at 506-357-4300.
