Police are investigating thefts from different gas stations in Campbellton, Charlo, Dalhousie and Eel River Crossing that occurred between June 11 and June 23. There were three separate cases reported on Tuesday at gas stations in Campbellton and Eel River Crossing, according to Northeast District RCMP. In each case, the man—who appears to be alone—fills the tank of his truck then fills gas containers in the back of the vehicle and drives off without paying.

The suspect is described as between 20 and 30 years old and about 5’7” tall. The pick-up truck is a dark Blue Ford F-150, double cab with deflectors on the front and no license plate.

The investigation is continuing. Anyone with information about these thefts or the identity of the suspect is asked to call the Campbellton RCMP at 506-685-5000 or report it anonymously through Crime Stoppers at www.crimenb.ca or 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
