Police Dismantle Marijuana Grow Operation in Western New Brunswick
Police officers from the Nackawic and Woodstock RCMP, along with the Woodstock Police Force, have dismantled an outdoor marijuana grow operation and seized a quantity of marijuana plants.
On Thursday, members of the Integrated Crime Reduction Unit seized marihuana plants from two sites in a heavily wooded area between Nackawic and Hartland. The RCMP says the plants seized could have produced up to 42,500 marijuana joints.
The investigation is ongoing.
