R.A. Dickey held the Red Sox to one run over 6 innings before the Blue Jays used a 4 run 10th inning to beat Boston 5-1 in game 2 of their series at Fenway Park.With Alexi Ogando on the mound in the 10th the Jays turned a walk, 3 hits and a balk into 4 runs to pull out the victory, which combined with a Yankee loss to the Orioles put their lead in the AL East back to a game and a half.
Despite a high pitch count, Sox starter Henry Owens held Toronto to a run on 3 hits over 5.1 innings. The bullpen then pitched 3 no-hit innings before Ogando entered the game in the 10th.

Boston got its lone run in the second inning when Travis Shaw launched his 9th home run of the season.

Dustin Pedroia made his return to the Red Sox lineup for the first time since July 22 after a hamstring injury. Pedroia went 1-4 at the plate before getting replaced in the field by Josh Rutledge in the 10th inning.

The two teams play the rubber game of the series tonight with Joe Kelly going for his 10th win against 13 game winner Drew Hutchison.
