The day began with Patriots protests and some of the crowd booing them. The day ended with a last minute comeback and a 36-33 Patriots win.

What a day at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro!

Several Patriots player took a knee while others locked arms during the national anthem as a show of unity. Players were unhappy with President Trump's statements on Friday night saying players who did not stand for the anthem should be fired.

At the end of the anthem, you could hear some boos reigning down from the crowd. The sense is some fans were not happy with the Patriots players.

By the end of the game, everybody was cheering the Patriots. A Tom Brady to Brandin Cooks 25-yard TD pass with 23-seconds left put the Patriots ahead. Cooks got both feet in bounds by inches.

It was the fifth TD pass on the day for Brady who went 25-for-35 and 378 yards.
