Big Papi David Ortiz went 4-for-4 as the Red Sox beat the Cleveland Indinas 5-2 Sunday afternoon. The victory puts the Sox to 10 games over .500 at 27-17.

The ageless Ortiz nearly hit for the cycle. In his last at bat he ripped a ball to the triangle in centerfield that might have been a triple but it deflected into the stands for a ground rule double. Papi had to settle for a single, two doubles and a home run. He is now hitting .329 with 11 homers and 37 RBI.

Jackie Bradley Jr. got another basehit to extend his hit streak to 27 consecutive games.

Xander Bogaerts had three hits and Mookie Betts added two.

On the hill, Rick Porcello picked up his 7th win. Craig Kimbrel picked up his 12th save.

The Sox have Monday off before beginning a series with the NL's Colorado Rockies on Tuesday.
