The Orono HIgh School girls and boys cross country teams have both won Class C North Regional championships. Tia Tardy, Hannah Steelman and Kassidy Dill finished one, two, three to lead the Red Riots.

On the boys side, Tristan Butterfield finished second and Matt Keresey third to lead Orono.

In Class B, the Waterville girls and the Caribou boys claimed titles.

In Class A, the Brunswick girls and Hampden boys took top spots.

The state championship meet is next Saturday.

NOTE:  Orono junior Tia Tardy had the fastest girls time, regardless of class. Her time winning time was 18:34.19.

Lewiston senior Osman Doorow had the boys fastest time at 15:40.39.
