New Brunswick Marijuana Grow Operation Dismantled
A man from Drummond, New Brunswick is facing charges after his marijuana grow operation was discovered by police.
Last Tuesday, May 27th, Saint-Léonard RCMP Federal Operations West executed a search warrant at a home in the rural area of Drummond N.B. Police seized a number of marijuana plants, a large quantity of dried marijuana, cash and unsecured firearms.
A 25-year-old man was arrested and later released on a promise to appear in Grand Falls provincial court in August to face a number of drug related charges.
The Saint-Léonard RCMP were assisted by the Grand Falls RCMP and the Saint-Léonard North West Integrated Intelligence Unit.
The investigation is continuing.
