An RCMP-led, joint force investigation into two Hell's Angels MC Nomads N.B. member's has led to them being sentenced to jail for several years as well as other consequences.

 

RCMP reports that 49-year old Robin Moulton, a full-patch member of the Hells Angels MC Nomad, N.B. Chapter was sentenced today to four and a half years in jail for possession of cocaine, for the purpose of trafficking, and a drug press.

Moulton pled guilty to the drug charges.

In addition to the jail sentence, Moulton will be prohibited from possessing and owning a firearm for the rest of his life. The sentence also subjugates Moulton to various forfeiture orders and will need to submit a sample of his DNA.

An associate of Moulton's, 41-year old Marie Antonette Bugay, has been sentenced to 30 months in jail for her role in possessing of a loaded firearm without a license, possession of stolen property and possession of cocaine.

Bugay will be subjugated to a 10-year firearms prohibition and will be required to forfeit $77,000 that was seized as proceeds of the crime and will need to submit a sample of her DNA as well.
