Miss Presque Isle Pageant Crowns New Queen

Five young women competed Saturday evening in the 2014 Miss Presque Isle Scholarship Pageant.

Contestants L to R : Jaylee Farley, Megan McKnight, Emily Brawn, Darrian Corey and Tori Harvath.

The competition included physical fitness, talent, interview and evening gown as well as a tea with the judges earlier in the day.

Darrian Corey was crowned Miss Presque Isle 2014 and was also voted Miss Congeniality. Darrian played 'Imagine' by John Lennon on piano.

Megan McKnight was 1st runner-up. She performed a hip-hop dance to 'Replay' by Zendaya.

Emily Brawn was 2nd runner-up and received the award for top ticket sales for the pageant. She shared a sign language interpretation of 'Little Wonders' by Rob Thomas.
