According to the AP, saggy pants might cost a Pennsylvania man $50. Eighteen-year-old Adam Dennis was fined for contempt of court because the judge thought his pants were a little too low.

Now, Mr. Dennis wasn't on trial or anything he was a spectator. What he didn't see on his way into the court room was Judge Wayne Maura's sign that read "pull your pants up" and shows a cartoon of three people wearing baggy pants.

Dennis' attorney Kimberly Makoul says she may file an appeal. She tells the Express-Times the fine sets a bad precedent.
