Man Dies After Workplace Accident Near Edmundston, N.B.

WorkSafeNB reports a man who was seriously injured in a workplace accident in Sainte-Anne-de-Madawaska last Sunday has passed away.

The 56-year-old man, who was not identified, was injured when an attachment being unhooked from a front-end loader fell on him. He passed away Friday in hospital.

WorkSafeNB extends its deepest condolences to the worker’s family, friends and co-workers. An investigation is ongoing.
