If you’re traveling through Maine to be with family for the Thanksgiving holiday, you might encounter some snow showers followed by some blustery winds.

Wednesday will bring snow flurries in the north during the morning, and in southern Maine later in the day. Snow accumulation will minimal if any.

Thanksgiving Day statewide will be windy and cold with more sunshine in the south than in the north. Temperatures will be stuck around 10-15 degrees throughout the day with wind gusts up to 40 miles per hour. So be sure to bundle up.

Friday and Saturday’s weather will include lots of sunshine and temperatures in the 20’s and 30’s. Sunday could bring rain in southern Maine, and snow showers in the north.
