State Police managed to arrest Girard Wednesday evening.

According to Trooper Jeremy Forbes both teens are believed to have committed a burglary in Alton, NH. on September 26 in which a firearm, a pickup truck, and an ATV were stolen.

All items reported stolen have been recovered in the Limington area, but Trooper Forbes said there is concern that Clapp may be in possession of another firearm taken from a home burglary on September 20 in Hollis, ME.

State Police believe Clapp may be be staying in the Portland or Gray areas. Anyone with information on Clapp is asked to call State Police in Gray at (207) 657-3030.

According to Maine Department of Public Safety Spokesman Steve McCausland, two other young men, George Sproul and Harley Herman are being held at the York County Jail on charges related to those burglaries.
