Orono QB Jackson Coutts and Bucksport coach Joel Sankey are among the 2016 Little Ten Conference record breakers in this 65th year of the LTC (Class D North).

Coutts is the senior quarterback for the Red Riots and his 1,510 yards passing breaks the LTC record held by Rockland's Andrew Weiss. He threw for 1,507 yards in 2004.

Coutts is 95-for-144 with 18 TDs and just three interceptions.

Orono coach Bob Sinclair coached his 250th career LTC game last week in the season finale vs Houlton. He already owns the record for most games coached in the conference.

Bucksport's Joel Sankey won his 147th LTC game last week in a victory over Ellsworth. That mark includes all regular season/playoff games vs LTC teams. Former Foxcroft coach Paul Withee won 146 games.

MCI's Tom Bertrand reached the 100 win mark during week seven of the season.
