LeAnn Rimes is once again involved in some drama with her husband Eddie Cibrian's ex-wife, Brandi Glanville. This time, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is using social media to call out Rimes for "stalking" -- and Cibrian is fighting back.

On Friday (June 9), Glanville posted on Instagram accusing Rimes of stalking her after the two women wound up at the same restaurant in Malibu, Calif., for dinner. However, Cibrian says his wife has done nothing wrong; he says that Rimes' reservation at the Malibu restaurant, Nobu, was made five days before Glanville shared that she'd be there.

“I normally don’t respond to Brandi’s foolishness, but I will not allow false and reverse accusations to go unanswered about my wife,” Cibrian says in a statement obtained by Entertainment Tonight. “LeAnn is a fantastic stepmom to the boys and is always gracious to their mother. Having to put up with Brandi’s made-up drama all the time is extremely frustrating. After eight years, we should have one priority: making sure two incredible kids are loved and remain happy and healthy.”

Cibrian's response includes screenshots of reservations made days before the alleged stalking took place.

Cibiran and Glanville were married for eight years and have two sons together; they were divorced in 2009, following an affair between Cibrian and Rimes when the two were working on a movie together. Rimes -- who divorced her first husband, Dean Sheremet, also in 2009 -- and Cibrian married in 2011. The tension between the two women has caused public fallout repeatedly throughout the years, with the latest round of drama highlighted in an interview Glanville did with E! News’ Daily Pop.

“It’s been, what, eight years? You would think that people would mature and be different, but there’s still some craziness happening,” Glanville says. “I think when the 10-year mark comes and he leaves her and takes half her stuff, then we’ll all be good together.”

Cibrian's response continues: "Every couple of months, there is another accusation coming from Brandi in an attempt to drum up drama to stay relevant ... And for Brandi to openly predict and hope for the end of our marriage in three years is sad. Sick."
