Lady Antebellum spent their Monday night (Jan. 12) at the first-ever College Football Playoff Championship. The trio kicked off the game by singing a beautiful rendition of 'The Star-Spangled Banner.'

After military personnel brought out the flags, the trio were introduced to an enthusiastic crowd. "Ladies and gentleman, please remain standing for our national anthem performed by seven-time Grammy Award-winning, multi-Platinum recording artists Lady Antebellum," the announcer said as Lady A took the stage.

Haywood started the performance with a few strums of his guitar before Kelley began on vocals. He didn't overachieve, and the result was a subdued, beautiful version of the song. Scott looked on while her trio partner sang, smiling at him. She joined in and the camera panned to a shot of a giant American flag. The Oregon and Ohio State football players stood, hands over their hearts, on the sidelines of the field in Arlington, Texas. Even Oregon's duck mascot seemed in awe of the trio while they sang. Military men and women were also shown on the big screen, live from Kuwait. It was a special moment.

The country trio sounded incredible, but they also looked amazing. Scott dazzled in a classy light pink peacoat, while Kelley donned a dark green jacket and Haywood opted for a dark bubble jacket.
