A video featuring personal photos and video of Joey Feek that was shown at the Joey + Rory singer's private funeral has been made public.

Feek was laid to rest during a private funeral on the Feeks' property in Tennessee on Tuesday (March 8). In a recent blog post, Rory Feek detailed the ceremony, which took place both in the Feeks’ barn-slash-concert hall and at the family’s private cemetery, and shared photos from the event.

"[When] I thought I couldn’t cry anymore tears … they played a video celebrating Joey’s life that our friends Daniel and Gabe made," Feek recalls. "And my tears were replaced by smiles and laughter and joy and more tears. It was so beautiful ..."

The video, which readers can watch above, is set to the song "After You're Gone," by Iris Dement; Rory Feek explains that his wife loved the song and asked that it be played at her service. The clip is an incredible look into the artist's life at home, including photos and video of Joey and Rory Feek together, shots of Joey Feek working on their farm in Tennessee and beautiful moments shared with daughter Indiana.

After a months-long battle with cancer, Joey Feek passed away on March 4. In addition to her funeral, a public memorial service was held on Sunday (March 13)

“Joey just didn’t learn the secret recipe for love; she sought it out," Rory Feek said during the memorial. "Not in others or self-help books or marriage conferences, but in our Lord — in his example and his words … and when he told her how to do it, like He loves us, she did her best to do it to the end of the line.

“If you take nothing else from this life that she’s lived, take that: love,” Feek added. “… If you want to feel that kind of love, you have to give it first.”
