Jason Aldean is going big with his music video for his newest single, "You Make It Easy." The video is a three-part mini movie, directed by Shaun Silva and filmed near Nashville, Tenn.

About 15 minutes in length in total, Aldean's "You Make It Easy" video opens with a dramatic car crash: The pickup truck driven by one half of the clip's starring couple drives into an intersection in front of a semi. The majority of the first video focuses on sweet moments between the man and his love, whose name we learn is Grace -- but near the end, viewers learn that he's still alive after the crash, but trapped, scared and in pain.

The second part of Aldean's "You Make It Easy" music video shows Grace and her guy, happily in love and taking the next step in their relationship. The moment where he proposes over dinner at a bar is intertwined with the man, post-car accident, stuck in his overturned truck -- and viewers don't get a resolution on that big question until the third piece of the clip. As he freaks out about getting out of the wreck, the semi's driver assures him that help is on the way, and that he won't leave.

"The first time I heard this song, I was riding around in my truck. I immediately needed to cut it and always felt like it could be the first single,” Aldean says in a press release. "I told Shaun that I wanted the videos to capture the love story that this song tells, and I think one of the things he’s really good at is taking our ideas and running with them in a cool way.”

Right at the start of the final piece of Aldean's "You Make It Easy" music video, the man in the car wreck makes a devastating revelation: He can't feel his legs. The third clip ties up both that storyline and the man's proposal in sweet, surprising way -- no, we won't spoil it.

Florida Georgia Line's Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley wrote "You Make It Easy" with Morgan Wallen and Jordan Schmidt. The song is the first single from his upcoming new album, Rearview Town, due out on April 13.
