Jason Aldean surprised a crowd at the 2018 Country Radio Seminar on Monday night (Feb. 5) with a special appearance by none other than Garth Brooks. Together, the two performed Aldean's song "My Kinda Party" and Brooks' classic hit "Friends in Low Places."

Readers can press play above to watch a snippet of Brooks and Aldean's "Friends in Low Places" duet. Brooks led the beginning of the song, while Aldean opted for the song's live-only third verse.

The event at which Brooks and Aldean performed together was sponsored by Amazon; Aldean's brief set was closing out the night, which also included sets from Jordan Davis and Jimmie Allen. Aldean brought Brooks to the stage in the middle of "My Kinda Party," a 2010 single. Brooks bounded out from backstage and took lead on the song's next lines; press play above to see a bit of that performance.

After concluding his World Tour at the end of 2017, Brooks has been laying low early in 2018. Aldean, meanwhile, recently announced a new album, Rearview Town, and released its first single, "You Make It Easy."

The 2018 Country Radio Seminar began in Nashville on Monday. The annual event is scheduled to run through Wednesday (Feb. 7).
