Jana Kramer is grateful for her fans' love and support following her reported split from husband Michael Caussin. The singer offered some words of thanks on social media on Saturday morning (Aug. 27).

"I just wanted to say thank you to my fans for all the love. This has been an extremely hard time, but Jolie has given me more strength than I ever thought possible. Your continued support means the world too," Kramer writes on Instagram. "Thank you from the bottom of my heart."

On Wednesday (Aug. 24), Entertainment Tonight reported that Kramer and Caussin, who have been married for a little over one year, have separated. Citing an anonymous source "close to the couple," the outlet also reports that Caussin is being treated for undisclosed reasons at a rehabilitation center.

In recent photos on social media, Kramer appears to still wearing a ring of some sort on her left ring finger, but she has not posted any photos of her husband on social media since early July. A close friend of Kramer’s tells ET that she is “trying to put on a brave face and do what’s best for her daughter,” but that “she’s been devastated by this.”

Kramer and Caussin were married on May 22, 2015, less than six months after getting engaged on Kramer’s 31st birthday (Dec. 2, 2014). On Jan. 31, the couple welcomed their first child, daughter Jolie Rae Caussin.

Kramer was previously engaged to Brantley Gilbert, but the couple split up in August of 2013. Before her relationship with Gilbert, the artist and actress was married to actor Johnathon Schaech, and she wed Michael Gambino prior to that; both relationships lasted only a few months.
