Stop me if you have heard this before. Isaiah Thomas had another epic fourth quarter leading the Celtics to a 108-98 win over the Charlotte Hornets. The C's are now 11 games over .500 at 26-15 at the halfway mark of the NBA season.

Thomas scored 17 points in the fourth quarter and finished with 35 points. It is the 25th straight game he has scored at least 20 points.

Thomas is averaging a league-best 10.1 PPG in the fourth quarter.

Al Horford added 22 points, Jae Crowder and Kelly Olynyk each had 15.

Kemba Walker had 24 for coach Steve Clifford's Hornets.
