New England Patriots kicker Stephen Gostkowski got back on track against the Los Angeles Rams this past weekend and it helped him earn the AFC Special Teams Player of the Week.

The kicker hit four field goals, including three from 40 yards or longer.  With the effort, the previously struggling kicker is now 20-24 on the year with the Pats overall.

It's the eighth time this season that a Patriot player has taken home an NFL award during this 2016 season.

The Pats will host the Baltimore Ravens on Monday Night as they look to pick up their 11th victory of the year.
