Fredericton Man Dies in Early Morning Crash

The RCMP is investigating a fatal motor vehicle crash that occurred during the early morning hours Saturday on Route 620 in Royal Road, New Brunswick.

The victim, a 58-year-old Fredericton man, died at the scene as a result of his injuries, according to Cpl. Al Vincent of the Keswick Detachment.

The investigation into the cause of the crash is continuing with the assistance of an RCMP collision reconstructionist and Forensic Identification Services.

The identity of the victim is not being released at this time, pending notification of his family.
