Fort Kent’s Theriault Has New Ride

Fort Kent native Austin Theriault will be back on the tracks in 2016, this year with a new team.

Theriault has signed with Shigeaki Hattori Racing to run in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East races. Theriault will be driving the No.1 Toyota Camry in 14 races this season.

Theriault ran just 14 races the past three season for three different teams and manufacturers, the latest with Brad Keselowski Racing.

Theriault says, "In my two races with Crew Chief John Monsam and the HRE team, we have made a lot of gains and will continue to work hard to compete for wins and the NKNPSE championship."

The next race on the K & N Series East schedule is Saturday, March 26th at Greenville Pickens Speedway.
