The West District RCMP is seeking the public's help with an investigation into a complaint of a bullet hole found in a residence on Killarney Road.

Police received a call around 8 p.m. Saturday after a hole was discovered on the outside of the house. A search inside the home led to the discovery of a bullet fragment.

No one was hurt as a result of the incident, according to Sgt. Andrea Gallant of the Keswick RCMP. Investigators believe it was not intentional and the investigation is ongoing. It is believed the bullet may have entered the home sometime between October 14 and 21.
