Expect a drastic drop in temperature for Northern Maine and Western New Brunswick Sunday and Monday.
The National Weather Service Office in Caribou has issued a Wind Chill Advisory following a nasty winter storm that dropped up to 18 inches of snow on our area over the last few days.
A Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until 4 a.m. Monday. You should expect bitterly cold temperatures with gusty winds up to 25 mph. Temperatures will range from 21 below to 5 above zero, but could drop to as low as 33 below with the wind chill.
If you're venturing out, please dress appropriately. Exposure could lead to frost bite and hypothermia if the proper precautions are not taken.
