More than 1200 customers are affected in Brownville, Lakeview Plantation, Milo, Dyer Brook, Ludlow, New Limerick, Oakfield and Smyrna Mills. Crews will remain on the scene making repairs until all customers have been safely restored.

Customers are reminded to always stay clear of downed power lines or a tree in contact with a line. Also the public is urged to use caution and move over, when possible, if approaching utility crews working on roadways.

Finally, customers who use generators are reminded to ensure they are used in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines.
