Edmundston, N.B. Man Faces Drug Trafficking Charges
A 29-year-old man has been arrested in Edmundston after police seized drugs and drug paraphernalia from his home.
Edmundston Police say a search warrant was executed at a residence in the Saint-Jacques area late last week. During the search, police say they seized a considerable amount of marijuana, cocaine and cannabis products and a large sum of money. Police officers also seized paraphernalia for the sale and use of drugs.
The man is scheduled to appear before a provincial court judge in Edmundston on December 18 to face charges of drug possession for the purpose of trafficking.
His name will be released once he is formally charged.
