Dog Owner Throws Haymaker At Bear To Save Chihuahua! [VIDEO]

Although there are plenty of bears in the County & New Brunswick, most of us avoid any encounter with them. This man from Placer, California not only confronted a bear after it approached his dog, he punched the bear right in the face.

Carl Moore lays it on the line when it comes to protecting his dog. This is his story.

Good thing he's alright and his dog is good too. Moore was probably just acting on instinct and not thinking. He wanted to save his dog.

You may encounter a bear in Northern Maine or New Brunswick, but it is not recommended to get into a fist fight when camping, hiking or in your back yard. There are good guidelines to follow for safety.
