December 7 Marks The 71 Anniversary of Pearl Harbor [PHOTOS]

My colleague and friend Mark Shaw shared with me this morning that many ‘county boys left the farms’ and enlisted in the military after the attack on Pearl Harbor, December 7, 1941. I want to share with you all seven striking photos from that day I found on Instagram. 

Maine has the second highest percentage of veterans in the country. Remember to say ‘thank you’ to them for their service.
