A'90s throwback, a testament to summer romance, a grunge-filled rock anthem and the spirit of Giving Tuesday all made appearances in new music videos from country artists this week. Read on for all the details!

Danielle Bradbery and Thomas Rhett, "Goodbye Summer":

Danielle Bradbery and Thomas Rhett joined forces for “Goodbye Summer,” which is the remixed version of "Hello Summer" (written by Rhett) from Bradbery's sophomore album, I Don't Believe We've Met. "It oddly made more sense," she tells Refinery29 of the changed lyrics and duet aspect. The music video, directed by Shaun Silva, was filmed at Rosemary Beach, a favorite vacation spot of both Bradbery and Rhett.

"It has been amazing to see the storyline of “Goodbye Summer” played out,” reflects Bradbery in a press release. “The video shares the emotions that come with a summer love. Shaun Silva had such a beautiful vision for this video and really brought it to life. It was a lot of fun to have Thomas Rhett join me for the shoot in one of my favorite places, 30A.”

Silva adds that “few things brand our hearts and minds the way a summer romance does. This song and this video tell that classic love story...Our time may be limited, but the way we live in that moment is reckless and beautiful. It’s one of the few things we go into knowing what the end result must be, but for some reason we let go, give in, love… and in the end, we hurt but we don’t regret.” The location was hit by Hurricane Michael soon after filming, and Bradbery has partnered with the Rosemary Beach Foundation in rebuilding efforts.

Jade Bird, "Love Has All Been Done Before":

Jade Bird’s "Love Has All Been Done Before" music video was directed by Kate Moross and filmed in an old London home with no shortage of quirky wallpaper. Moross, who also directed music videos for "Lottery" and "Uh Huh", says via Twitter, "The third video I directed for @JadeBirdMusic is a homage to performance videos of the '90s."

Viewers will see much of the beautiful home as Bird and her band perform "Love Has All Been Done Before" in the stairwell, kitchen, bedroom, bathtub and more. The single was released in early November, and her debut full-length record, following her Something American EP, will be released in early 2019.

Walker Hayes, “Craig”:

Walker Hayes' music video for "Craig," from his sophomore record boom., is like the song: quirky, simple and to-the-point. The song was inspired by the kindness of a man named Craig, who changed Hayes' life, as well as that of his wife and six kids, for the better. In short, Craig gave the family a minivan at a time when they didn't have enough seats for their family. "Craig" is so self-explanatory, it makes sense for the music video to be subdued; it's in black-and-white with Hayes playing at the piano and animated stick-figure drawings acting out the lyrics.

Hayes' interactions with Craig inspired the Be A Craig Fund which supports nonprofits empowering those who need it and encourages others to pay it forward. "I'm grateful for some of the scariest days of my life ... without them the story of Craig wouldn’t have happened. The Be a Craig Fund lets me be a Craig," Hayes says. He celebrated Giving Tuesday on Nov. 27 by awarding the foundation's first donation.

Home Free, “Some Girls Do”:

Country a cappella group Home Free (Rob Lundquist, Tim Foust, Austin Brown, Adam Chance and Adam Rupp) has released the music video for their cover of the Sawyer Brown hit "Some Girls Do" which hit No. 1 in 1992. The video, filmed in Murfreesboro (just outside of Nashville) in the height of summer, features newest group member--baritone Chance--and his girlfriend Sami Matarante as they hang out in the back of a pickup truck. Clips of Chance and the other group members singing from a rustic front porch (behind the truck) are interspersed throughout.

“Me and the boys love a good ‘90s Country song and this is a band favorite,” shares Chance. “This video was – of course – an extra special one for me, having Sami join us too.”
