Adam MacDonald is celebrating a birthday and he's inviting everyone to the party. Adam has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and is confined to a wheelchair, but this man knows how to boogie. You can join Adam and help support his fight against this disease. Wally & the Virginian will be rocking out and you may even see this guy sitting in with the band.
