The Chicago Cubs are one game from their first World Series appearance since 1945. An 8-4 win over the LA Dodgers in game five last night gives the Cubbies at 3-2 lead in the series. And, the series shifts back to Wrigley Field for game six.

Jon Lester pitched seven strong innings to get the win.

Addison Russell broke open a 1-1 game in the 6th inning with a two-run homer.

LA used seven pitchers, none of them named Clayton Kershaw. He is set to start game six Saturday night.
