On this day in 1987 "Shine, Shine, Shine" by Eddy Raven peaked at No. 1.

In 1985, Eddy Raven hit No.1 with his song "I Got Mexico."  It took him 3 years to do it again with "Shine, Shine, Shine" in 1987.  It held the No.1 spot for a week but hung out on the country chart for thirteen weeks.
