Caribou JMG is proud to announce that Senior, Apollo Grondin is one of the recipients of the 2018 Kenneth M. Smith Scholarships.

Twenty (20) Jobs for America's Graduates ("JAG") graduates nationwide were selected to receive a $1,000 scholarship and, more importantly, they will be able to use the designation as having been vetted and recognized as a 2018 Smith Scholar.

Dr. Valerie Ann Waldemarson, JMG Specialists at Caribou High School says. " When I heard the news that Apollo was one of the recipients I was elated and my first thought was that is was well deserved. I am very proud of Apollo and the hard work and grit he demonstrates on a daily basis. Apollo is the President of my JMG Career Association and is a true example of leadership. I can't say enough good things about Apollo and his contributions to his school, and community.

Apollo Grondin, JMG Senior at Caribou High School says, "It is an absolute honor to be one of the few selected to receive this designation. With the help of JMG, JAG and the Kenneth M. Smith Scholarship I am one step closer to achieving my dream. I am truly humbled and grateful for being named a 2018 Smith Scholar."

The Kenneth M. Smith Scholarship Fund and the Smith Scholars Program were established by the JAG Board of Directors to recognize the extraordinary leadership and service of the first and only President and Chief Executive Officer of Jobs for America’s Graduates, Inc., Kenneth M. Smith.
