Bulldogs Over Rams In Battle Of Unbeatens

In the much anticipated battle of undefeated Class A girls teams, score it a win for the Lawrence Bulldogs over Bangor 59-53.

Two teams with 7-0 records. Two outstanding big players played big - Nia Irving of Lawrence with 23 points and 17 rebounds, Mary Butler of Bangor with 21 and 10.

Bulldogs coach John Donato was recognized before the game for getting his 500th career win a week ago.
