Bergeron beat out Chicago's Chicago Jonathan Toews in very close voting, 1,083 to 1,051.

Bergeron as tops in the NHL in faceoffs(1,951), faceoff wins(1,175) and faceoff percentage(60%).

Montreal goalie Carey Price was the NHL Awards Night biggest winner - winning the league MVP and Vezina Trophy for top goalie.
