Tom Brady and the NFL Players Association say the appeal for another hearing in front of the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on the Deflategate suspension will be filed today.

Back in late April, the court ruled a 2 t0 1 decision in favor of the NFL and the four game suspension was reinstated.

Now Brady and the union are asking for the full Appeals Court to hear the case. And, stay the suspension until there's a decision.
