All teams in the NFL hope to get through training camp without injuries. However as the contact increases the injuries do as well, just ask the Patriots.Running Back LeGarrette Blount had to leave practice early Friday after suffering a knee injury. He eventually was able to put pressure on his leg and make his way back to the locker room.

Center Bryan Stork and rookie first round draft pick Malcom Brown were limited in practice with Brown dealing with a foot injury. Tight end Scott Chandler who the Pats signed in the off-season has been impressive in camp but did not participate after leaving early on Thursday.

Friday's practice which was full pads and full contact was limited because of the number of players who either did not participate or left early. Below is a list of players held out of Friday's practice.
