If you've ever suffered or love some who suffers and you have few answers as to why then you know what Keeghan Lowe and his family have been going through.  Epilepsy is a disease that requires close medical scrutiny to find out how to ease that suffering.  With all the uncertainty of healthcare costs lately it's nice to know that neighbors are there to support each other.

You can do just that.  According to the event page on Facebook, "Keeghan is going to be going to Boston on November 6th to have part of his skull removed and have a strip and grids placed directly on his brain to see if the 100s of sensors on it can pinpoint the place his seizures are coming from. If they can, he will go back in on 13th, have it removed and have resection surgery to hopefully take the spot."

Keeghan will end up being in the hospital for almost a month with a long recuperation after that.   Here's where you come in.  There will be a Spaghetti Supper & Auction on Saturday, October 26th at 4pm at the Presque Isle Elks Lodge.  Come have some food, makes some bids and help to ease the burdens on this family.

Auction items can be arranged by calling Sharon Mills at 207-227-0661 and monetary donations can be mailed to P.O.Box 217, Blaine, ME 04734.
