Beat The Heat With This Poor Man’s A/C

So, today is definitely the hottest day we've had since I have been back in New England.  Probably the hottest day of the summer...  And I know you are going to hate me for saying this but, it's not the fact that it is 91 degrees...  It's the humidity that goes along with it!  If you don't have air conditioning, you are probably sweating like crazy.  But, there is a solution!

The DIY poor man's A/C!  Looks like it works really well and you can easily make it solar powered!  Plus, if you are busy building this thing, you won't have time to complain about the heat!
